Our Systems
Cash Register Sales Company, Inc. has systems, from basic to upper level, for four basic service industries.
Restaurant:
A basic system will consist of a Sharp ER-420 which can easily track 80 items and with a shift key, 240 items can be tracked and a kitchen printer can be added.
An intermediate system is based on the Sharp UP-700 which can use menu buttons to ring up combo items. The UP-700 can also have numerous registers and kitchen printers hooked up with each other.
The upper level system is based on the Sam4S SPS-2000. This is a touch screen system that uses menu buttons to ring items up. It can also have numerous terminals, kitchen printers, and video systems hooked up in the system. The Sam4S will also track inventory and hours worked.
The top-of-the-line system is the Maitred on a Posiflex platform. This is a software package that uses a touch screen to ring up orders. With a PDA, the server can go to the customers table and ring the order up. Maitred will also interface to various devices to increase efficiency. Maitred will also handle inventory control, payroll, customers, web ordering, and numerous other features.
Liquor:
A basic system will consist of a Sharp ER-A410 or a TEC MA-600. These registers can track 30 departments, and they are a traditional registers.
The next level is for someone who wants to scan their items, but not track inventory. This can be achieved with either the Sharp UP-700 or the TEC MA-1595 with barcode scanners.
The top-of-the-line system is ECR Software on a Jiva platform. This system is a touch screen system, which will track inventory and customer sales.
Grocery, Retail, and/or Convenient Store:
A basic system will consist of a register that will track 30 departments and handle Food Stamp merchandise.
An intermediate system will be based on the Sharp or TEC 1595 cash register. These terminals can interface to Scale/Scanners, Credit/EBT machines, and Register consolidation.
The top-of-the-line system is based on ECRS Catapult or UpFronts. Both will track inventory, do inventory maintenance with a hand unit, track customer history, and in-house charge accounts. We also have standalone scales for use in delis or meat departments.
